Fatigue.

Today is my 7th day post op and I'm so fatigued I can hardly get off the couch or do much of anything. Is this normal?

Totally normal. You'll be really tired while your body adjusts to the trauma from the surgery, along with the adjusted intake. Just keep up with your Vitamins and Water, and try to hit your Protein.

Also, I know walking hurts like a bitch right now, but try to move around some, it will help with the pain and some of the energy. Best of luck. :)
