Weight loss

I've lost 15 lbs in 10 days post surgery! Hope I keep this momentum :-). Feeling good!

Keep it pushing... Awesome job! Remember you'll stall every 3-4 weeks and it'll last for 1 to 2 weeks then your weight loss will kick back in... Don't get discourage cause your size will still decrease but the scale will tease you.

True you can weight 110 like me be size 0 but a few weeks ago was size 1 and same weight. You lose inches but the weight may stay the same.

I will definitely keep this in mind when I have my surgery. 38 days to go!
