Just had surgery july 2nd.

I just had my surgery July 2nd and I am still so excited. Learning to master drinking protein and water. I have minimal pain, guess that's a good thing.

Congrats! Welcome to the other side! ;)

Congrats on your surgery.

Hope everything continues to go well.

Congrats! Welcome to the loser's bench.

Congrats on your surgery, It is great you are doing so well, I had my surgery on the 24th June in Europe and cant believe I am doing so well, so its nice to meet someone who had their surgery around the same time as myself. Wishing you success in your weight loss.

I am having more trouble learning to post things on website than I am post surgery, which I have no complaints. One more day of clear liquids then I get to do full liquids. Bowels are already awake and working well. Can get the majority, actually almost all my protein down along with my new found favorite, warm chicken broth. Lol. Still just sipping away. This is a nice place to share glad to have found this site. Proud of everyone who have made the step towards healthy!

I'm having trouble now that the app is updated on my kindle. Not a fan of the update, or at least my kindle isn't.

Congrats I'm glad the two of u are doing well after surgery! It gives me hope that I will too have surgery!
