Tailbone issues

This may sound strange to you but, I have to know if I am the only one. For the last month or so, when I am driving, doing floor aerobics or sitting in certain positions it feels like I am sitting on my tailbone, almost like it is in the way. I notice it the most when doing floor exercises in aerobics when I am rocking my back up and down. It almost feels like there is something sticking out that shouldn't be there. Does anyone else have this sensation? Is it just because I am so used to having so much padding back there? Any ideas?

  • This makes me feel better, I was mentioning it to my husband and he was thinking it was something I needed to get looked at. LOL, It is now apparent it's just because a lot of my padding has disappe

Love this thread!! I'm 104 lbs down.. I've seen Bones I've never seen before! My collar bones and hip bones are my fav.. I also check mine in the mirror LOL! .. Tailbone issue is a issue for me too.. But I'll take it! I love the new me :)

I also love the new me but I need ass lmbo can't wait to transfer my own fat to my butt. It's not comfortable sitting down even with my silicone panties. If you never had a butt it doesn't hurt but once you had a huge butt & it's all gone yeah you miss it.

Never had much booty but now it's ridiculous. My swimming suit fits my boobs, but absolutely gapes in back. Kind of embarrassing. I'll need to get a two piece something to get two different sizes.

That sucks! :(

I developed a pressure ulcer due to the lack of padding. It takes a long time to heal. The issue is the lack of blood circulation when you sit. One strategy to mitigate is to be sure to shift your position a lot when you have to sit for a long time - shift your weight, etc. It also helps to stand up and walk to get the blood circulating. This is my experience.

I'm most fascinated by how my hands and feet have changed. I look at them and don't recognize them.

I was wondering about feet! Did you go down any shoe sizes? I am hopeful, I usually wear a 12 but would be thrilled to be able to shop the 10's!!!

Do far same overall size but not nearly as wide....my wide shoes are wiggly now.
