Soooo Exhausted

I am post op since 1/29 and have lost 94 lbs. I am now feeling horrible. Very weak and tired. I get all my protein in and water. Can it be something wrong or anyone has this problem?

I'm only 8 wks out but I've struggles with the same thing plus fainting. I was told I was being too strict with my low carb and to allow a bit more balance with getting a few carbs in. It's helped with my energy some. I still get tired but nowhere like it was before.

VITAMINS!

Go to your doctor and get your blood work checked to see if you are deficient in any vitamins.

I second Sparklette, I would have my doc check me for anemia.

How many calories are you eating? Yes, the protein is important but so are carbs and calories for energy esp if you work out a lot. Check with your dr and/or nut.

Thanks everyone for the info. I have an appt on July 30 th so it should be good. I'm getting my bloodwork done on Saturday. But I'm going to up my water intake too. I have been taking in about 80-90 grams a day.
