I am thankful for so many things this year, it will be hard to narrow them down to 5. I will give it a try. 1) I am thankful that I have been the recipient of the most amazing man's love and support for the last 23 years. 2) I am thankful for the most incredible friends and family! Very thankful for my Online friends....I could not have made it these last 5 months without the support you guys have given! 3) I am thankful that I have taken a step in the right direction for my health. 4) I am most thankful for the love of my Savior, Jesus Christ. Without Him- I am nothing! 5) so grateful that I was born in the US, where I can live free without the fear that many in other countries live with daily.

i love it, Happy Holiday's to you and your family .

So i had a meeting at our technology center down the street today and while i talk to the people in this building several hundred times a day i only see them twice a year at best. people were floored at the diffrence in my apperance. my meeting buddy Jon made me laugh he said he felt like the ugly one on a double date...ha! so im pretty full of my awesome self tonight. it strengthened my resolve to crush the rny thing and nail my goal weight by my surgerversy.

Happy Thanksgiving to you as well!

i love it, Happy Holiday's to you and your family .

Happy Holidays to you, too! I love being able to pull up my app and see your smiling face once again.

Happy Thanksgiving Junies!!! Just a piece of advice I saw on the blog "Eggface"...most people consume like 4500 calories on thanksgiving day. Don't be afraid to be an underachiever today! ;)

HAPPY THANKSGIVING!! I am so thankful for where I am in my journey and for my new life. The next two days will be a challenge for me. I feel like I am prepared for it. I will let you know how it goes on the other side!

Happy Thanksgiving all!! I'm thankful that it's just me and my mom today and it won't be a day of marathon eating. We're going to see hunger games at the movies instead. Kind of ironic. Lol

Happy thanksgiving everyone! I know this day of gorging will be different for us, but if you feel as good about yourself as I do, losing out on not eating isn't even an issue.

I saw my parents for the first time since surgery and their reaction to my new look brought tears to my eyes! We have so much to be thankful for. Here is my list:

1. An amazing family that has supported me in this journey more than I ever imagined.

2. A new lease on life and a positive outlook for once.

3. Feeling more energized and healthier. I never thought this would happen.

4. Having had a smooth journey and recovery. I know not everyone has had an easy RNY experience that I have and I pray they recover quickly!

5. The new relationships I'm forming with my new found confidence!
