Nice to see familiar names coming back! Since Thanksgiving is approaching I thought I would throw out that we should look for the top five things we are thankful for. After all, the day is suppose to be about giving THANKS, not FOOD. So, instead of your top 5 favorite foods, let's think about being thankful. Here are mine...

1. My wonderful, supportive family & friends

2. A job that I love

3. The talented professionals at my bariatric clinic

4. Knees that don't ache anymore, with the loss of nearly 130 pounds

5. This fantastic supportive community that has been there for me every step of the way!

No amount of Turkey, dressing or pumpkin pie beats that list!!

I have been switching up my workouts. Weight work one day aerobics the next, a combo the next day. It seems to be keeping the scale moving. I know a lot of people get stuck at 200, I am hoping to avoid that. I have seen the scale slow down a lot. I hope that this is the week you see the scale move! Think what a great Thanksgiving gift that would be!!

Deck the halls with lots of smaller clothes ...fa la la la lala la la la

1) a closer relationship with Jesus Christ

2) the love and support of family and friends

3) I'm thankful for the staff and support group at Little Company of Mary

4) I'm thankful for peace and love in my life

5) I'm thankful to be healthy again,

I am thankful for so many things this year, it will be hard to narrow them down to 5. I will give it a try.

1) I am thankful that I have been the recipient of the most amazing man's love and support for the last 23 years.

2) I am thankful for the most incredible friends and family! Very thankful for my Online friends....I could not have made it these last 5 months without the support you guys have given!

3) I am thankful that I have taken a step in the right direction for my health.

4) I am most thankful for the love of my Savior, Jesus Christ. Without Him- I am nothing!

5) so grateful that I was born in the US, where I can live free without the fear that many in other countries live with daily.
