Candy?

I'm 1 week post op. Can I have sugar free candy to suck on? I have sugar free cinnamon candies that I love. It doesn't say yay or nay on my diet plan. And I'm not talking about sugar free chocolate or anything!

My brochure said yes. I'm a bit sensitive to sugar alcohol tho so I have kinda stayed away

I eat sugar free peppermint it helps settle my stomach.

It also helps if you suffer from that horrible breath right after surgery... :D
