Can I drink sugar free juice

As long as it doesnt have more than 10 calories or contain caffeine. That's what my doc told me.

My nut had me drink apple juice. Regular. I don't have issues with fruit sugars though. I gave it up since it's empty calories so I can't see why you couldn't do sugar free.

My bariatric clinic nurse told me about a juice at Walgreens that's plum and ok to drink and also would help with constipation. I've had a bit of the motts brand grape and carrot and haven't dumped but I think it's reduced sugar

They told me to dilute the juice half/half with Water.

But I have gotten away from juices empty calories.

Just be careful with juices because they can be loaded with calories/sugar.
