Heartburn

I'm living in hell.. Literally.. The burning is so intense. I take my Pepcid twice daily. My nut said to slow down in eating and space out my meals. Still no relief.. Any suggestions?? What to eat or avoid?

Avoid acidic stuff. And dont over eat.

Nexium maybe?

I know my surgeon cleared me to continue taking it. Helps better then the Omeprazole or Pepcid.
