3month stall!

I haven't lost one single pound in 3 months!!! I'm so disappointed! I'm losing inches, but the weight is still freaking there! I don't know what to do!

In feel you! I'm a month out and at a slight stall. I may know why for me tho, I'm not having any bowel movements which I'm actually calling my doctor about tomorrow. Some say to get out of a stall forge liquid stage or a few days that should eat up system back on track.

surgery: April 24th~~~current weight loss 20 pounds

I had a 3 month stall when I was 5 months post op, I freaked as well and rightfully so !!! I got out of my stall by increasing the length of my workouts from 45 minutes to an hour and I went from walking to jogging.

I think with any stall BBoodle is right... you have to change things up. If you arent logging what you are putting in your mouth you need to. You need to make sure the protein is where it should be and you need to exercise no matter what.... Just having surgery doesnt ensure weight loss... it is a tool. I know a guy that didnt lose... he was putting pizza spaghetti you name it in a blender and not moving his ass. He drank alcohol like crazy and wondered why he wasnt losing. Look at what you are and are not doing. Consult your doctor or nut... they are there to help you!! Good luck

For 3 months I lost only 10 lbs

I weighed myself and I lost 6lbs by increasing my Protein and jogging instead of walking
