Feeling Icky

I have been feeling icky today & not sure why. My surgery was May 7th & just started puréed food this last week & not doing too good. Milk seems to help but don't want to depend on it too much. I have a feeling it might be the lack of vitamins which I started up again. Has anyone experienced this?

Everything I've read and heard from my surgeon says it's not that unusual and as long as you can stay hydrated its ok. I call my surgeon with any questions...he gave me zofran..it does help.

I might call mine but I think I'll try & go back to liquids. Might be what I need to get back on track. Protein is what I am lacking so that's my first goal.
