Stressed!

Wow ... I had a super stress filled day at work today.... Then the traffic coming home was crazy! All I could do is think - I need a glass of wine a smoke and maybe a nice piece of chocolate! None of which I had but man, if someone offered me any of those things at this very moment ... God only knows! So then my lovely phi theta kappa honor student daughter says... Maybe you just need to smoke a joint. Lord help me lol!!!!

    I know... I'm not sure if she was serious or just trying to make me laugh ... I think stress is causing my lack of weight loss this week...
