Pulled abdominal muscle anyone?

For about a week now I've had left upper abdominal pain that has me in the ER and they ran a bunch of test and everything was normal. No kidney infection, kidney stones, no blockages, nothing... I saw my surgeon Friday for my 3 month check up and I told him about my symptoms and he thinks I might have pulled a muscle or irritated one of my incisions. Urg.

I constantly have pain and twinges in the same area. Everything shows up normal on tests and CT scans but I have noticed it correlates with my bowel movements if I have one that day or not so I am thinking it may be my new feeling of having to go potty

I pulled my left abdominal muscle 4 days after surgery and it was SUPER painful. Even now, 3 weeks later, I still have a hard time bending or turning certain ways. It starts to hurt if I walk too much. It sucks!

I did the same thing. I'm two weeks post surgery, was finally starting to feel normal and then I pulled a muscle on my left side. It freaking kills!
