One week post op

So I am right at 4 days post op, and my left side sure hurts today. I can move around, but it would be so much easier if I had some type of belt to wrap around to hold up my left side. The left incision is right between two rolls and where my pants hit. Anyone have any suggestions? Anyone deal with that issue before?

The pain on the left is normal. My surgeon told me the ones on the left are the ones where most the work was done and the ones on the right were where cameras were. I'm 3 weeks out and my left side is still sore. It will slowly start feeling better. The only way for me to relieve that pain was to lay flat on my back.
