I'm dreading the liquid prep diet. I did Optifast for 9-10 months so I know I CAN do it. But I also know how hard the first week is. Doable but not enjoyable.

Anybody know can we have sugar free pudding during the liquid diet phase?

Okay I was only required to do a 5 day pre-op diet. Goal was to loose 5-6lbs, I'm on day 3 today I've lost 7lbs. Here's my question my cousin is getting married this evening and its a formal sit down dinner, would I be completely reversing my progress if I ate dinner this evening?
