Has your doctor said it was okay. I was released a month after. I had to start slow and work my way up

My doc says no abdominal exercises for 2 months post op, but every Dr. is different.

I was cleared to jog and do anything I want at 4 wks post op. We all heal at a different rate, I was lucky where I was back to work a week after surgery. I would call your doctor and ask you don't want to mess any of their work up !!!! Its better to be safe than sorry.
