What vitamins do you take?

I'm curious to see how many vitamins you're all taking and which kinds. Did your doctor prescribe these to you?

I'm trying to get every benefit from my Flex Spending Account.. But, I have to have a script in order to pay for things like that with it..

I take a Multi vit, B-1, B-12 in the morning. At noon I take chewable calcium citrate 500 with vitamin D, and supper I take another multi-vit and at bedtime another calcium.

I' pre op but I'm on a multi vitamin, vitamin B complex, iron and vitamin D. Only the vitamin D is prescription. But right now, CVS has their brand of vitamins buy one get one free!

I take quite a few... calcium citrate, b-12, biotin, multiple, dHEA, iron, b-complex.
