Try core power Protein shakes. I've tried a few and this is the best one for me. It's kinda pricey tho. You can find them on amazon.

For me its Premier Protein pre made shakes from Costco. They are good and 30g of protein and only 5 carbs. I have noticed that the pre made are better cause it cuts down on the smell of actually mixing it yourself. That may help you.

Syntrax Nectar is the best. It doesn't smell bad and the flavors are Yummy. No need to add milk. 100 calories, 23 grams of protein, zero darn. Try before buying the huge tub. Vitamin Shoppe have the samples for $1.99 or do a search on Google for "Syntrax Nectar samples".
