  1. Lost 19 lbs since surgery on 3/25 got to start phase 1 today soft foods my first meal today a scrambeled egg. Could not even eat the whole egg but it was the best egg !!
  2. No pain meds for me today either. I did take it last night before bed. Gonna try not to today. I'm feeling good except for the gas pains. Gosh how long do they last! No matter how much I walk around I still feel bloated and gassy!
  3. I don't mind the liquids too much used to it now but a giant cheeseburger would be great too! LOL
  4. For me its Premier Protein pre made shakes from Costco. They are good and 30g of protein and only 5 carbs. I have noticed that the pre made are better cause it cuts down on the smell of actually mixing it yourself. That may help you.
  5. The pain meds make my stomach upset so I am trying not to take too much. Walking is not too much of a problem for me its getting in and out of bed sometimes I'll get a sharp pain. Find myself getting tired easily and wanting to take naps.
  6. Hi all. Just found this app. Hoping to get some good suggestions on things. I just had surgery on Monday. How long till this pain and soreness goes away. I'm trying to not use the pain meds so much.
