always hungry

I had surgery Nov 5 I've lost 98lbs but lately found my self always hungry and I have chocolate I've never dumping syndrome and I'm scared about gaining my weight back did I over stretch my pouch back out help

Review your diet. Are you getting enough protein and liquids? How's your calorie intake, is it where it should be? I don't get dumping either, but I don't push it. If I have chocolate I stick to dark or sugar free. Stick to your recommended portion sizes and try adding in protein shakes or cheese snacks in between meals.

I had surgery In June and it just started with me to I feel hungry allllll the time u am scared that u re stretched it to but I added more protein I live on Atkins bars I can handle them better then a shake and they r yummy I also added 1 shake a day when I work out it seems to help good luck
