Feeling full

Does anyone have trouble knowing when they are full. I thought our pouches can only hold 1/2 cup of food at a time. I had soupy oatmeal and made a 1/2 a cup and didn't feel full. This makes me nervous I don't want to over eat

You have to be careful with liquids and make sure you are measuring it out. At some point the super full feeling with go away and you have to rely on portion control and controlling your trigger food.
