Unjury asks that the water won't be warmer than 140 degrees F to avoid clumps... I hope that helps. You can do it!!!

Today is day 3 of my pre op liquid diet and the first two days I was so miserable and I cheated by snacking on frigging pickles so I felt like I was chewing something.... How pathetic am I. But I'm over it and today is a new day and I'm determined to get through the next 11days with no more distractions.... I keep looking at my sz 10jeans(I pray I get into these) as a motivation with my kids pictures next to them... I have to do this for all of us!!!! I must say I found the key to drinking a shake followed by another 9oz of broth.. Most of the time I can't finish the broth cause I'm fat full... Then I'm happy again and I feel like I don't have to cheat.... Does anyone have any ideas on how to mix my powdered soups with out having the nasty clumps in them?? Thanks and I love this site!!!! So supportive *-*
