Dehydration warning

I learned first hand today that even slight dehydration can be dangerous, especially if you already have low blood pressure. I passed out twice this morning resulting in tissue damage to my knee and back, along with a very painful broken foot. I also have to stay overnight in the hospital for monitoring. So sip sip sip!

Could your blood sugar have been low?

Checked sugar it was actually a little high at 135 right after I have a feeling I maybe having episodes where my blood pressure drops quick and comes back up

I am always scared that something is going to happen to me because I don't drink enough. It is just so hard to do it but I am going to try harder. I probably only get like 1 to 2 16 oz bottle waters in a day. thats not good. I hope you feel better. That is so scary

Me too I'm not thirsty I've been incorporating decaf green hot tea in and my pouch really likes it better than cold or room temp Water...
