Liquid phase questions...

I'm trying to figure out what I'll be eating during my liquid phase. I have been having a really hard time finding Protein drinks that I like. (Any suggestions?). Am I allowed to bled them with frozen fruit, if the fruit is completely blended?

What else can I eat during the liquid diet phase?

I'm still pre-op, but I'm talking about when I'm post op.

Those are from my dietician...just something different :). I'm on purée/squishy now but I lived off Greek yogurt, Jello, hot Breakfast cereals, and SF pudding last week while I was on liquids. Good luck!!!!

I’m not on fruit until 12 weeks -- veggies but very small amounts after my protein after 8 -- and DEFINITELY no breads or cereals -- every dr is different -
