Excited!

I started this process at 280 pounds in November. I had surgery January 22 weighing in at 254. Today I am 3 weeks 1 day and I weight 225! I am so excited!

I guess my only tip is follow ur doctors rules. There in place for a reason. My biggest challenge right now is head hunger. I'm physically never hungry and most cases don't feel full. Mentally prepare for that. Don't give in to the head hunger.

Congrats on your progress , I had my surgery 1-21-13 at 368 lb and now I'm 340 lbs

I had Gastric Bypass on the 23rd

Started at 339...am at 311...and that hasn't changed for a few days

So my first plateau!
