  • I am from Illinois, and started the 6 month supervised diet (kind of). How about you?

  • I know what you mean, it does seem forever, but being this way for 6 extra months is better than the rest of our lives

I know' date=' I know lol-I am improving if slowly but surely lol. I went to my first support group meeting on the importance of Water. Apparently it is very important and helps you flush out fat and stuff...

I have a facebook https://www.facebook.com/amanda.randolph.568 is the link.

I did go to the store, didn't buy any junk. Bought some chicken breast, cheese that was 2%, skim milk, and fat free raviolis. I'm not sure anymore what to have as a side when I make stuff. I hate veggies....any ideas?[/quote']

No veggies will be hard! How a bough sugar free stuff like Jello with a salad? What are your meal plans? Do u have any?

I don't have any meal plans yet, I was going to wait till after I seen the dietician. I went online to look for some but they always incorporate foods I do not like...boo lol

What kind of exercises are you doing?

It's cold here too.. Suppose to be in the 30s tomorrow. I've been walking about 30 minutes a day..using runkeeper-that app is the s&*t lol. Calculates how fast your going, elevation, keeps your progress for you, etc.

I didn't get to walk today, I am hoping to tomorrow, depends on how cold it is.

I'll have to look you up on facebook!

I am hoping for late August or early September. I have to wait until then because I am not eligible for fmla with my job until then. It feels like forever.

I'm hoping for a mid-July date. I'd like to have a few weeks to adjust to everything before school starts again.

Lucky!!! I'm dieing! Lol I ate I cheated :(

Once you have the surgery, you will realuze how much food this is. Even when you think you are being good. Thats about 3 days or more worth of food after rny

I was referring to the hotdogs and raviolis and pudding

I bought a recumbent bike for the cold days, and I love that thing.
