I have a cold and I feel horrible. Is it safe to take over the counter meds ?

I was told I could take Tylenol for pain, but cold medicine is something that I take if I need it. I just make sure there is no ibuprofen in any of it.

I just took some Tylenol cold. I feel horrible too.

I called the on call nurse to double check and since I'm not taking any meds I'm able to take liquid form over the counter meds. I'm relieved! I hope i get over it asap. Hope you feel better
