I weigh every day. I know it's not a good idea, but it's almost habit now. I'm sure once I stop losing everyday I will cut back! ;)

I weigh every day!! I am addicted and if someone tries to take it away they may lose a limb or two lol. I get down when I haven't lost any but I know its a process and eventually it will go in the right direction. And when it does it makes me feel more motivated

I started doing it Once A Week! One reason was because I didn't have a scale (just got one) and Only because if u do it daily for some they get Discouraged & Frustrated and they start have second thoughts! When they don't see the scale move down!! You don't want to do this to yourself!! It's up to you!! Just a thought!

I agree with this! I will do it once a week. I see my sister do it like 3x a day, and that isn't good!

I'm going to try and weight myself every Tuesday ( my surgery was jan 22- a Tuesday). I did however just get on the scale. I was 254 on Tuesday and now I'm 250.
