Weight loss worries

Hi everyone I have lost 21lbs in my first week post op but my 2nd week I only lost around 7 is that normal or should I be worried I'm doing something wrong?

I think that is great! 28 pounds in two weeks is amazing! :)

Everyone is different. I am a week post op and I've lost 15lbs. Also, not every week is going to be the same. Can you imagine if you lost ~20lbs every week?

Thanks everyone I'm just trying to be cautious I've been exercising daily but I've been having a tough time with eating slowly and drinking enough water

It's officially been 1 month and I am down about 37lbs I just wish it was faster

Surgery: Jan 21, 2013.

Weight Prior to surgery: 368 lbs

19 days later : 340 lbs as of yesterday
