I started elliptical 2nd week post op. Now post 8wk I am able to cross train without limits. I have noticed I crave the variety more now.

My Husband just got me LA FITNESS & My Cousin said she likes Zumba and feels better!! And she not a big ExErse person but since her GS surgery 2 years ago she enjoys it now! :)

I started walking immediately. At 3 days laps around neighborhood, at 3 weeks long hikes in the woods 3+ miles, jogging at 4 weeks, playing basketball at 4 weeks. My doctor said all of that is good, just hold off on weigh lifting and core stretching until 1 1/2 months post op to allow insides to heal.

I was doing circuit training (cardio, weights, bands) before starting on this journey. You think a few months after surgery and I could go back?
