15 min eating

So i just saw my md for my 4 month post op check, he told me i have to eat what ever i can in 15 min and thats it then eat again in 4 hrs. Bc stomachs do stretch anyone else heard that

Check with your nutritionist. I've always been told you should take 30 mins to eat your meal so you don't eat too quickly. Also you don't want to measure what you're eating by time, you need to measure by quantity.

I concur with Pookybear. 30mins for a meal and in portions.

Thats what I was told also although I will say I do eat a,lil faster than that.
