I got it for a very decent price with a coupon so I’ll be 25 pre-mixed servings before I can try anything else -

I’m a syntracs fruity girl - and have done the muscle milk before - just curious since it seems allot of costco shoppers do the premier.

My Nut recommends Primer or Syntrax, becuz it agrees with most people, she said for a time our system changes even our taste buds! It's trial & error, I Love Milk but I can only drink Almond Milk at this time. We removed a piece of our inerds our system need to readjust itself. It may take time.

I also have tried the Syntrax as well. Both are very low sugar and carbs and high in Protein. I've been mixing it with ff milk and haven't had any issues so far. I'm 5 weeks post op.
