Progresso soup

Anyone eat the light soups from progreso I have a light cream of potato with 2 grams of sugar and. 18 grams of carb for a cup of soup could this be eaten when we start purée food

I haven't but you might want to look for something not so carby and lots of protein

yes, it could be..i agree with kristy3k..you'll find you get very full fast and do not feel hungry, so try and eat things that are higher in protein. Be sure to put it in the blender first! I recently had chicken and white bean soup..looked gross, but tasted great!

They also have a lentil soup that's high in protein. I was not a fan but a lot of people like it here.
