4 months post op

Hi! My 4 month surgiversary is tomorrow. I started at 200 lbs & have lost 50 so far. I no longer take high blood pressure medicine. I still take one injection of insulin a day, but I don't have to take the three pills & one other injection anymore. I'm very thankful for this new opportunity at life, but this journey has definitely not been easy.

I'm looking forward to getting some advice & connecting with others that are dealing with the same issues.

Hi and welcome!!!

Congrats on your loss so far and the medications. That is a huge step for you! This forum is the best place to be. I am only about 6 weeks out but it has been so helpful. Everyone is here to support you. Don't ever be concerned with asking any questions. We can get pretty personal (in a good way
;-)

Congrats
