Water..

Before I had my surgery 12/27/12, I read how difficult it was to drink liquids...I am having no problems. I drank 3 bottles of water yesterday, on top of 4oz of fatfree beef broth and one protein shake. I'm still reading where people are having issues... Is this normal?

In the beginning it's hard to get all your liquids in but just try. I'm 5 months post op and still can't drink all the water I drank pre op. it makes me sooo full to drink an entire bottle of water!

I'm out six weeks and still can hardly do three bottles. Ugh

I use to drink 2 gallons a day myself now I struggle to get to 30 oz. it is getting easier. Ill be 5 wks out on tues

That's the crazy part ..I'm only 3 days post op..I'm having no trouble getting any water down or any liquids! I can drink 3 bottles of water on top of my protein and other flavored beverages... Two of my friends that have had it say I'm a freak of nature..lol
