Does any one always find them selves cold to the bone all the time. I am 4 months PO. I cant warm up

I get really cold about 20 minutes after eating. I have always been cold in the winter...huge part of why I live in Florida. I take extra Vitiman D in the winter and it seems to help on many levels.

I get cold, and then I get really hot. Mine might be hormones though. Ive had a hysterectomy
