hungry

well this evening was one of those evenings where I felt hungry every hour or so. I have been drinking to see if its thirst but nope!! I am 7 almost 8 weeks out and there is no way I am going to lose weight if this is how I am feeling!! if this was head hunger I think I would be able to tell the difference but I actually feel it in my pouch. then I eat it goes away. then an hour or so its back

My friend is like that. It's not everyday. But some days she says she grazes. Hopefully it will pass. It's a bit scary.

I have days like this and then the next day I can bearly eat a bite. It evens out

How many times a day do you eat? I try for every 3 hours to keep the hunger down.

Could it be related to your cycle. I know I get the munchies during that special time.
