Medications

Just had to say - had to go to the urgent care today (It's a Saturday, and I couldn't wait until Monday for my primary doc) to get antibiotics for a massive sinus infection.

It was kind of fun to explain, when the doctor was asking me about medications and pills, that I can no longer take "horse pills" due to the surgery. He laughed, and said "Well, that's fine. This comes in liquid, so we'll set you up with that. It'll be a rather larger dose, but it shouldn't give you problems."

So, I now have 2 entire bottles of antibiotics in my fridge, and a little dosage syringe on the counter. I feel like I'm 5 again! Except the pharmacy never asked if I wanted one of those cool new flavors =P
