the scale is my enemy!

I am just over a month post-op and i am not losing pounds as fast as i should be (even the surgeon agrees). I am losing inches though...wearing clothes that have hung in my closet for 2 years. I weigh myself everyday...i can't help it and it is sooo frustrating because it isn't moving much.

I know what you mean. My surgery was Nov. 14th and I lost like 20 pounds. Now my scales aren't moving. It's very discouraging.

Im losing size faster than weight too but it will all even out in the end I suppose

My weight loss has leveled off, but inches are still coming off. Remember muscle weighs more, and you might be retaining water. Those are the two big reasons I have stalled lbs wise, but keep losing inches. Don't get hung up on numbers - relax and it will come off!
