Exercise And Pounds Lost

I am disabled so have not been able to exercise yet. For those of you that do exercise, how is your loss compared to when you cant or dont?

    I started doing exercise today for one half hour. Hope the pounds start falling off

    Hello. I have sever migraines and fibromyalgia and has not been able to come up with a regular exercise schedule. For the first 4 months, the weight poured off but it has slowed down significant now that I'm 6 months.

    For every plateau I have to up my exercise just a tad for the scale to move. I'm not a heavy weight lifter. I walk because that's what I enjoy doing.

    I suffer also. Water aerobics are best but I do alright with wii fit
