Feeling Really Crappy. Do Not Know Why!?

On Sunday I had a few sips of milk. It didn't agree with me. Ever since Monday I have felt like I had to throw up. I can drink Water and g2 but it is very hard to get it down. Sometimes I feel like it is going to come right back up. Taking meds is very hard too. I almost always gag after. Just like foam or bubbles. I called my surgeons nurse yesterday and I don't think she was very helpful. She said that my body is still healing and just try to eat and drink. Doesn't explain why I feel like I am going to throw up or I can't drink or eat or take my pills. I was able to do it just fine before. What is going on. I had my surgery on nov 2nd and my next appointment is dec 12th. What is there to do. What is wrong with me! :(

Hi Stepanie.. I think this has to do with the further out we get in the process. I had my surgery on 10.29.12 and have been feeling about as crappy as you describe for the past week. I am not sure if as we were healing it was easier to take things in than it is now that we are healed more. I have my appt w my surgeon on Tuesday. I will definitely share with you what I find out. I wish you well.. Keep trying to get your vitamins, protein & water in.

I would really love to know what they have to say! I started back to work on Monday and I feel like crap! My nurse says I am just healing slow and just to eat! Who the heck knows.

well I was feeling crappy too but not all the time was I getting pain or vomiting when eating or drinking. I went this morning for my scope and Tue surgeon said it was tight so I did have to her dilated. so definitely get it checked out because I knew something wasn't right. but was scared to call because my symptoms didn't meet all the requirements some had for strictures
