I use Miralax too. My doc suggested that I can titrate it down and use 1/2 cap daily but if I am doing ok "on my own" I can skip it for a few days. I usually put that half capful in my morning coffee.

I may have to see if that is available here. I used Miralax prior to surgery so it is no surprise that the battle continues! Thanks for the info!

I started taking senakot the day I got home. its a laxitive/softener in 1 pill
