Any successful band to rny folks out there? I am scheduled nov26. Need to lose 100 pounds.

I'm just curious but why is it that the vand failed you.? I didn't want it because I did not want a foreign object in my body and I had family members that had it and they never lost weight

Im two and a half months post revision and im very happy. I had the horrible lap band over 7 years - and it did nothing but make me sick, depressed and unhappy. Now i actually get to feel what full is and not that horrible chocking - something stuck on my throat- feeling. I never felt full before and was always hungry before the revision. Now i do feel hungry but im so easily satisfied that its great. The weight loss is good- 50 pounds so far- including a 3 week stall. I just wish i had done it earlier

Good luck to you on your new journey! !

Lost 80 lbs then started getting sick all the time then they I filled it and I gained back all the weight. Never could get it right again. What I can eat is random and depends on mood and time of day. Unhealthy food is the easiest to eat. Weird part sometimes I can eat a ton and it stacks up my esophagus. So not successful. Nervous about surgery. Having Already had one surgery super terrified of failing or ha Ingram some weird immunity to the surgery. Hope I have major issues with dumping too!
