I just wanted to say to all you pre-opers that are on liquids right now during the holiday - you really impress me. I know this is a hard time, but if you can stay focused during the holidays you have the drive to finish this process and come out the new you! Remember there days when you are struggling post op. and if you slipped don't get down on your self. Get re focused and you will do must fine.

I was driving home last night after work and thought to my self wow it takes so much more to be going through the process during the holidays. So I want everyone to know we are here for you and you are amazing people for making the choice when you did knowing it was going to be harder.

Everyone can do it!!! Stay strong everyone!!!
