New from Washington

Hi everyone. I just had my lap band surgery 3 weeks ago with a wonderful Doc in Monterrey Mexico. I am excited at what the future holds but I do realize that I am still going to have to do some of the work myself. I am hoping I can find support here with other people who have the band. Hope to hear from you guys.;)

Hello, Im in Bellevue, WA so welcome aboard! Best wishes!

Congratulations on getting the band. I'm "from" Washington to, lived there most of my life, just moved to Oregon a couple months ago. I am getting banded next week.

Hope everything is going smooth for you.

Hi Tuesday35. I am at the point where the work has definitely begun. The first 35 lbs or so were a breeze. I am finding that I can gain weight now when I eat more than I should or drink alcohol. Best of luck to you with your journey.
