Good Day Bad Day?

I had surgery last Friday the 9th. I've been doing pretty good, however today I just feel off? I had to stay up late last night to get my meds in, not sure if that's what's wrong, I just feel off. Ugh

you could be getting dehydrated make sure you are getting as closep as you can to 64 ounces of fluid. I know its hard I am almost 3 weeks post op and can only get around 30 and already been rehospitalized for fluids

Yeah I agree with Kisersassy I have not been back in the hospital for dehydration but I knew that I need a lot of water, when I use the bathroom its very yellow and has a strong smell. I am drinking water all day today I don't want and problems.

We all have had those "off" days. Go for a walk... get those endorfins going that will make you feel better. :)
