Yesterday at lunch my husband had coke. It was too close to me and by accident I took a sip of it. I flipped out after i swallowed it. I have been off soda since July and now I'm craving diet coke. Damn!!!

I don't miss soda at all thankfully! I can't even think to have it now with all those bubbles. My nutritionist did say if I wanted it, it needed to be flat. I guess if you're craving the flavor then it's ok but, if you're missing the bubbles that won't work.

My friend at work had RNY and she was craving diet soda wicked. I have a soda stream machine...so I made her diet cola but, didn't put the bubbles in. She loved it because she wanted the flavor not the bubbles. So if anyone is craving the flavor you can buy the soda stream soda syrups and make it yourself without a soda stream machine. :)
