They do have 20 g of protein, but the fat content is high.

They look good but are sure high in calories (240) for a snack item. I wonder how good they actually taste? I have never had a quest bar since I normally drink one shake and focus on protein from normal food the rest of the day.

I went to GNC and bought one in each flavor they had. It must be a personal taste thing

I think they are ok it's the calories that get me but if you can get your protein in with them, well yea! :-)
