I'm noticing that there had been this pain that Ive gotten over the past three days where I feel tightness in my back on my left side.. Not sure if it's gas cause it doesn't move around. Had anyone experienced something like this?

Could it be a gall stone attack? When i had them it felt like a belt of pain radiating from the right-side. At the worst the pain came like contractions. This luckliy happened to me pre-op so the surgeon removed it while doing my op!

I would recommend that you Call your doctor whatever....

Sounds like either gas or gall bladder. My gallbladder pain was right under my breast in front center. The gas plain was in my shoulders. I would call your doctor to be on the safe side.

When was your last bm? I had the same pain on my left side and after I had a bm the pain went away.

Actually, it hadn't happened at all today. I'm thinking it could be gas but it's so uncomfortable and I know nothing about gallstones... Could you feel them all over?

If you think it's gas pick up some gas x stripes. Gall stones I believe the pain would be on the right side. It's probably gas or you need a bm.
